“We were first given a room by the elevator facing a turbine exhaust ventilator which generates consistent noise. I requested a room change. The second room faced I-5, which still had some traffic noise but was much quieter than the first. The windows seemed outdated and didn't provide much sound insulation. The hot tub jets in the pool area weren't working and need repair. Breakfast was very basic, with no hot food options.”
