“Clean”

“Hotel is nice and clean. Only BIG problem: I had wake-up call ordered at 3.30 bcs early morning flight… they forgot! Obviously I had also alarm on my phone, otherwise I had lost the flight. Completely unprofessional. ”

“With terrible weather, travel issues regarding further travel (1/31/26 )storm , frigid temps, Pam provided a warm and inviting place to stay”

“Pamela and Richard (the hosts) are absolutely wonderful. Great tour info, outstanding food, and great hospitality. ”

“My room was not that clean and had a smell of cigarette smoke. I do want to say the staff are very pleasant and very respectful, but can only do so much with the resources they have. There was never any kind of juice in the mornings even after a person came in to fix the machine. Breakfast was adequate despite that. It was a convenient location but I don't know that I would stay there again.”

“The dishwasher in our room had something spilled on the front of it that was not cleaned. I arrived early at 2pm and stood at the desk for about 10 minutes while the attendant sat at a table looking at his phone before he noticed me. Then, could not do an early check in, even though it was only an hour before. When I returned after 3pm to check in there were 3 people ahead of me waiting. Seemed like they were not very efficient. ”

“The place and the staff were excellent. Polite and helpful. The continental breakfast was a bit on the lean side but that's not a big problem since easy to get food nearby. I'd stay there again, for sure.”

“Loved the Delegate! Nicely done boutique hotel. Great location in between Lexington and Louisville for great spots along the bourbon Trail. Very close to Buffalo Trace, Castle and Key and Woodford. The Cypress and Oak Restaurant in the Delegate had great food and cocktails. Highly recommend! ”

“Clean and Great breakfast”

“The room was generally clean and comfortable, with just a few areas that could use some attention—such as a light touch-up of paint around the windows and some hard water buildup on the shower head. The carpet showed a bit of staining, but it didn’t take away from the overall stay. The staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was enjoyable with a good variety of options.”

“No elevator we were on 3rd floor. Ceiling was a little low. Parking great. Communication for keyless entry was good ”

“Filthy, no phone, internet, tv. Stained towels, black mold and they charged more than the booking said it would be by 15$”

“This hotel was terrible.. bathroom floor had hair that did not belong to us! Awful”
