“I would give this no stars if I could. Tell me how a hotel is going to shut off the hot water to the entire hotel on a holiday weekend? I had a toddler and a 9 month old baby. There are NO amenities and good luck calling or finding front desk staff! Forwarding your phone to voicemail (which is full by the way) on a holiday weekend is HORRIBLE customer service!”

The location is PERFECT- close to many hiking trails, easy driving to surrounding areas and honestly the little shopping mall/outlets are less than 5 minutes away (walking) which was a giant plus.
