“First of all, Sam (the host) is AMAZING! She goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need. The upstairs area had it's own mini-fridge, plenty of coffee, iron & ironing board, and lounging area. It was perfect! The room had a very comfortable bed, ceiling fan and a decent size SMART tv. The bathroom was very spacious with plenty of towels, soap and the shower had body wash and shampoo (which was perfect because I forgot to bring mine **thanks Sam!**) and most importantly...

“Nice casita! Very clean and has everything you need. Comfortable bed and nice sheets. The refrigerator was handy as well as the coffee pot which has a dual feature — a regular full size coffee pot and a single cup pod if you want to use that instead. It also includes a full size microwave and toaster oven. It was nice and quiet. Elizabeth the host was quick to respond to any questions. Great little place to stay. Highly recommend!”

“This place was great, we were able to fit 10 people and have a spare bed. The only thing I would note is that the showers do not have a door to the bedroom so for a group sharing a room (I.e. the rooms with 2 queen beds) you would have to be mindful of this. Otherwise, great space with spacious central area. Host was responsive and allowed early check in.”

“The views!!! Beautiful views. Very comfortable. A little outdated imo, could be freshened up a bit. The manager was wonderful. Responded quickly, check in was easy, kitchen was beautiful and stocked with everything you would need if you were cooking there. I would definitely come back again. ”

“We used Fallbrook as our central location for a family wedding in Fallbrook on the weekend. Very easy to get to Oceanside, Vista, and Carlsbad for beach week activities and wedding activities. Our family of 7 was able to easily relax and use this house as the central location. The house was clean and well equipped with all we could need. The owners were very responsive and ready to help if needed (we didn’t need anything though) - very communicative. We were able to locate everything we needed...

“My stay was very nice and quiet. Didn't have to worry about my safety and stores were very close to the property. The host was very accommodating and responsive. I would recommend staying at this property.”

“House was nice! Neighborhood quiet. Needs some new silverware in kitchen and housekeeping should be on it, since I got to the house and the fridge was dirty. A big cobweb next to Christmas tree… ”

“We had a wonderful stay! The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything we needed. The location was perfect and made our trip so enjoyable. The host was friendly, responsive, and made the whole process easy. We would definitely stay here again!”
