“When I eventually managed to check in I found that my room smelt funny. The windows were open so I guessed that the smell may have come from the outside. There was no staff at the guest house for me to speak to. When I returned to the room after getting some food I found that the smell was coming from the damp mattress and the smell I believed was urine. I rung the contact number I had, but nobody answered. There was no staff at the venue. It was too late to go anywhere else so I ended up...

If you have coeliac disease, I highly recommend staying here, as they were very aware of safety. Everything was in a separate frier, etc. Every staff member I spoke to was so friendly.”
