“If the staff weren’t so nice, I would give this property zero stars. Again, to start positive: the employees are very nice and professional. And that’s where the positives end. I hadn’t realized this was a motel, what with the word suites. Walls are so thin, I could hear person a floor above pacing and baby a couple doors down screaming. The metal toilet paper holder fell off (note: employee at desk very kind), there was no soap (except a tiny circle bar of hand soap), no shampoo, etc. no coffee...

“Very large and comfortable king size room with sofa and everything. Much appreciated the buffet breakfast included and the valet parking service. The location in the very city centre is a plus.”

“Really excellent stay! Staff was so nice. Room was huge! Biggest I’ve ever had on a trip. Amenities were great, too, and the breakfast was really elaborate and well made. Would stay again!”

“Very spacious room that was very clean and comfortable. Pool could have been warmer and chemicals better balanced. Breakfast was great and staff was mostly friendly. Pull out was not great and could have used at least trash changed daily rather than every three days.”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. We paid for the mountain view, and it was stunning! The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff was very friendly. The indoor pool was freezing, but our 10-year-old was still able to enjoy it. We spent our time in the hot tub! It was in a quiet area of town, but within 20 minutes of the airport and all the attractions we wanted to visit (including Garden of the Gods, Cog Railway, and Cheyenne Mountain Zoo). We would definitely stay here...
