“L'hotel si trova in una posizione buona, di fronte a "The Galleria" e nel cuore di Houston Uptown. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile; le camere pulite e ben fornite. Ogni giorno viene lasciata una bottiglietta di acqua per ogni ospite; a disposizione ci sono ferro da stiro, asse da stiro, asciugacapelli e i consueti saponi da hotel.
