“Friendly staff. Nice location”

“Parking was easy, there is plenty of room and ample spaces. Staff was friendly and professional. Room temperature was adjustable and comfortable. The room was not well cleaned. The comforter had stains. There were bugs on the floor near the base of the bed. There were coffee stains on the floor. There was a used shower face towel hanging in the shower. The toilet bowl and bottom of seat was dirty. There was an opened and used bar soap at the sink. My wife was not happy and I think I could have...

“The hotel was dirty. I booked 8 months ahead of time for son’s graduation. I got there they said they didn’t have a room for me. After a while I was told they got me a room but the next day I’d have to move rooms but they’d have to find one. I’d never stay again.”

“The pool had no towel , you can only get 4 towels a day they tv doesn’t work , the staff will follow you ariubd the property , then lick you out after you bring up the problems”

“The room was nice and clean and the beds were comfy. I wished there had been a microwave for our eating out leftovers. There was not much water pressure so showers were affected. Staff were very kind and helpful. Breakfast was pretty basic…I missed having waffles…and there was little daily variety. We were charged $10 a day to park! I think that was outrageous!”
