“We booked this room for Memorial Day weekend to have a small vacation with our grandchildren in Michigan. We were looking forward to using the restaurant and bar and the kids were excited to spend the day in the indoor pool. “This hotel was excellent! Very clean, great staff, nice breakfast area with lots of cute places to sit and feel a little more separate than a bunch of square tables bunched together in a room like many hotels. Great location (Tim Horton's and Walmart very close by, as well as many other stores and restaurants). Very easy access back onto I96 as well. Highly recommend! ”

“I had an issue with this hotel in the past where we asked for a late check-out to which we were granted, but the manager took it upon himself to then enter our room when I walked a load out... just as my wife was getting out of the shower. It was a whole big ordeal where I almost got the police involved and after this stay, I almost wish I had. It's been a few years since we've been to this location and it's under new management but I'll be damned if the same thing didn't happen this morning!...

“Perfect place for a base of operations for a girls weekend for the local Arts Festivals. Outstanding front desk employees, upbeat, friendly, just nice to always be greeted with enthusiasm. Basic clean room with kitchen. Enjoyed the full size refrigerator. No maid service, but knew that when I booked. Conveniently located to restaurants, highway & campus at MSU. Very budget friendly. I will return.”

“The room smelled terrible. The fridge didn't work and had mold growing in it. The TV didn't work. The beds were okay but we woke up with swollen, irritated eyes that took several hours after we left to go away. Wouldn't recommend if you're looking to use anything in the room. My daughter did enjoy the pool.”

“We stayed there for four nights. The beds were decently clean, yet the room has a stale smell, the bathroom fan was giving a weed smell for the first night. The staff was friendly and helpful. My recommendation for the management to add more towel drying racks in the bathroom and by the sink; replace stained and dirty mesh office chairs with a smooth surfaced chairs that will be easily to maintain in clean condition; and run the air conditioner on "dry" setting prior the guest's arrival. “Nice quiet motel very near the interstate. Easy to find, and everyone was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and had a bathtub instead of only a shower!”

“In Owosso there are few options for a hotel and the Comstock is probably the best. The hallways & elevators needed cleaning bad. The room was adequate but the foam beads offered no support at all. I sleep on a firm bed and found theirs to be extremely uncomfortable.”

“Check in took forever then we were assigned a room someone was already in .We had to go back down get another room after driving and being at the ball diamonds all day. Kids and adults were running up and down the halls yelling and slamming doors till 1:15am didn't get no sleep horrible experience.”
