“Staff was friendly and check-in was easy and breakfast was fine with normal hotel breakfast items. The room was clean for the most part but the carpet was stained and the bathroom needs a deep clean with splashes on the walls, drips on the toilet and mold and mildew in the shower. Pet area is sufficient with pet waste bags available.”

“My first morning there I overslept and missed getting coffee at Starbucks. The front desk person, Noriya, was busy on the computer. I politely asked her for two extra coffee packets. Without ever making eye contact, she got up, found two and shoved them at me. I ignored her rudeness. I then realized that I would also need extra creamer. I asked Noriya if I could also have two of the packets that contained the sweeteners and stirrers. I then asked, “do those contain creamers too?” She kept right...

“To be honest it’s not entirely all at fault with Marriott but whew there could be many more improvements… when I arrived there was a fire truck and Battalion truck .. everyone was standing outside - I wasn’t sure if I could go in - no one stopped me - I walked in and I was kindly told to not come in yet. No problem. At least have a communication in command in system! I don’t know why we were assigned to the handicapped room. Just big NO. The large bath/ shower towels sank of mildew. Marriott...

“The room be was great, but the property could invest in some new hallway carpet on the first floor at least. Discolored and stained the whole length of the hallway. Truely distracted attention away from everything else. Could be worse than anything Ive seen before. It was the first thing I noticed and noticed each time I went down the hall. Otherwise pleased with the stay.”
