“I did not use the pool. The AC worked OK. But my wife is on a walker and at 3 o’clock in the morning she had to go to the bathroom so I helped her we heard a heavy dripping coming from the bathroom area. And when opening the door water was coming out of the event above the toilet. The floor was soaked of water, which I had to clean up with all the towels. And while we had to go to the bathroom, we had to put a towel over our heads so the dripping wouldn’t get on us. also, the hot and cold faucet...

“The area is nice, room is spacious. Cons: shower curtain is too high which caused water to spill to the floor- safety hazard. No hooks or towel racks in bathroom. No closet with hangers, but there were hangers in one of the dressers. The bed was too high for a 5"1 individual. Showerhead worked but sure could use a new one.”

“Room was medium clean bath tub was filthy, had to go but spray to clean myself. When asked for new towels, was told I had to bring down the dirty towels first. Do not recommend ”

“I was happy with my stay here The room was clean and the bed is comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was a plus.”

“The room was suppose to be cleaned every other day...did not happen! I cleaned up every day! Maids did not speak English. Staff was just okay. The morning I left the older white lady at the front desk said that I should have called down to get my room cleaned. Breakfast was the same thing every day! The hours sucked, 6a to 9:30a. Only one elevator working for most of my stay! Ridiculous!”

“Everything about this stay was easy. Property was clean, staff was friendly, breakfast was great. ”

“Staff is great, very friendly. However: Only 2 bath towels For 2 people, husband had to use hand towel for hair. A $3 price on a sign on water with each bottle saying "free for special members but for "all other guests " $3 for a bottle of water, that's already in the room I find rude. ”

“Close to the high way, the hotel can give the opportunity to reach Tampa, St. Petersburg, Saratosa, etc in a range of 30-50 minutes. The building and the rooms are pretty new with all the comforts. the breakfast open to all the guests, are simple but very good! ”

“Expensive for the actual experience. No breakfast/coffee only. We are not coffee drinkers. Room was outdated and showed signs of wear. Fine if you're just in and out overnight and then on your way...but not comfortable for a longer stay.”
