“We attended the NASCAR races at Bristol and decided to boook a night in Johnson City. It was located about a half an hour away from the track. Easy access and due to our late arrival (after midnight) I called to let them know we would have a late check-in. We arrived around 1:30 am and were greeted almost immediately. “I noticed several young people arguing...they may have been drinking or using something. The lock on my door couldn't be locked from the inside.Someone had used som air freshener rather than cleaning and my husbajnd has asthma. i decided not to stay. I booked thru Experian or similar and they had no record of my reservation. ”

“Elizabeth deserves a raise! She is the absolute best employee I have ever interacted with. Tammy was also awesome! My only issue I had was the noise from the floor above me but I called the desk and they addressed it. Overall it was a great stay and will be back if I will be out that way again!!”
