“Do not stay here! They have tried to overcharge my credit card multiple times since my stay. This was not an issue through expedia, it was the hotel directly. DO NOT TRUST THEM... it has been a big pain in the butt.”

“Do not stay here! Nasty rooms all the way around and I’m not a complaining type of person. Paid for 8 nights (My bad) and learned my lesson to never book a room for this long. We ended up leaving after 3 nights because of the tweezers living in the room next to us. This place is really gross. Julia the receptionist was very kind though. ”

“The floor in the broom was extremely dirty. He needed at least three mops to get it clean. They were cockroaches coming from the backboard of the bed on the walls on the kitchen stove and on the microwave. Unless you are extremely tight on a budget, I would not recommend this hotel.”

“The room was relatively clean. I noticed some flood damage in the bathroom. Our stay in the area revolved around visiting family and having a place to rest at night. We have stayed at a different Tennessee Americourt in Mountain City . They are similar. Essentially it is an adequate place to stay . Parking is no problem. Other patrons tended to smoke near the entrances causing a smoke smell to draw into the building. Pets are allowed, we don’t bring pets but fortunately the pets were quiet but...

“I love DoubleTree. They typically have coffee available and wonderful chocolate chip cookies, plus they provide bottles of water. I like that they provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion. The staff is always helpful. ”
