“Brand new, super clean, easy in and out. Nice quiet part of town on the far north east side.”

“Not great condition. Water damage on drywall, broken door on closet, phone missing buttons and unusable, water barley warm.”

“There was construction going on and and water pipe had broke fans being used to dry areas, very noisy. Did not have any thing telling me about the construction when I made my reservation.”

“The coffee package was used and gross. The lamp by the lounger did not have a light bulb. The bathtub/shower could not dispense hot water when turned full blast, only lukewarm. On the bright side the bed was wonderful, best pillow in a hotel ever!”

“Avoid this property. Don’t let the cheap price fool you. This is a Super 8 motel with a different name. First room I went in had the overwhelming stench of bleach. When I was able to get a new room, THAT room smelled like a locker room! I had to buy a Renuzit air freshener just to make the place tolerable. The lamps still had scratches in them. Overall, spend the extra money and get a decent hotel room elsewhere or an Airbnb. ”

“Loved everything about if. The staff across the board going beyond in service and personality too. The outdoor patio and indoor common spaces totally lovely and inviting. Breakfast food a bountiful and wide selection, all excellent. Highly recommend!”

“Everything was great. The outside of the property showed normal signs of wear and tear.”

“The shower needs some rethinking. The door has to be open to set the temperature of the water and gets water all over the floor. The pressure is way too high with the head that is on it. It should have a larger head that is adjustable for softer flow. The soap dispensers are behind the water fall and should be moved to the side wall so you don’t have to reach thru the water to get soap. ”

“The hot tub was out of service and the pool was green, and no word how soon it woukd be available for usage. Breakfast is typical, except the eggs and sausage, the quality was not that great. The breakfast area during my stay was not kept clean, food spilled everywhere with no one in sight to clean it up. Requested housekeeping and towels mid day and never received the service. . The location was perfect for me. The evening staff was helpful though.”
