Stunning Waterfront Bungalow !!!

Bungalow "Farmhouse Chic" splendidamente aggiornato proprio sulle rive del bellissimo lago Tawakoni! Finemente ristrutturato nel 2018, questa casa vanta soffitti a volta, controsoffitti in quarzo con backsplash personalizzato, colori di design, elettrodomestici in acciaio, illuminazione da incasso in tutto, maestro privato con letto king size e bagno padronale privato, camera a castello per i bambini con la propria tv a schermo piatto, privato camera da letto con letto matrimoniale, un sacco di spazio per stendere e viste aperte sul lago! Ottieni i succhi competitivi che fluiscono al tavolo da biliardo professionale o goditi un gioco da tavolo o un puzzle nell'alcova del gioco. L'abbiamo già fornito con molti giochi che ti faranno divertire fino a tarda notte! La camera familiare ha posti a sedere abbondante con una grande sezione comoda e una tv a schermo piatto 65 'con wifi per tutte le esigenze di streaming. Grande tavolo da pranzo con spazio per tutta la famiglia. Rilassati sulla veranda coperta sotto i ventilatori a soffitto e goditi la splendida vista panoramica sul lago. Pescate dal vostro molo privato o sedetevi e godetevi il tramonto. Lascia che lo stress e la frenesia della vita ti stiano appena emanando. Sentiti libero di portare la tua barca o noleggiarne una da una delle marine locali. C'è una rampa di barca a meno di un miglio dalla casa e si può legare la barca fino al molo privato. Forniamo anche 2 kayak per coloro che vogliono esplorare uno dei più grandi laghi del Texas. Questo è il posto perfetto per grandi famiglie in compagnia o tranquilli ritiri privati. The property and inside the house was nice. The outside patio could use some attention as the lights and ceiling fans were broken. One suggestion i would have for the owners is to have a fenced area for families with toddlers such as myself. I spent most of my time chasing them around and keeping them out of the neghbors yard as well as keeping them from the water. But all that being said, it was a very nice place. I really enjoyed the fishing pier. I would definitely recommend this location to other people. Especially ones without kids or older kids.

The property is absolutely breathtaking!!!!!! The house is extremely beautifully cozy, accommodating and relaxing!!!!! The access to the water is perfect as well as the fire pit. Thank you so much for the fact that you are willing to allow people to share in your beautiful blessings!!!!! We Will Definitely Be Back!!!!!! We Loved it, Thanks Again!!!!!!!

The home was clean, and had everything we needed. Large enough for our family. It was peaceful to fish and overall quiet. The road leading in is very rough. Potholes and broken rd. We were in an SUV and Truck but a smaller car would have issues. The patio furniture looked like it hadn't been cleaned in awhile. Had cowebs and dusty. Quick clean and it was fine to sit and read on. There is a large table outside to sit and eat. That was nice to enjoy the weather. Overall we would stay here again. The boys enjoyed fishing off the dock and the girl's our reading outside. smaller car would have issues.

We loved our stay. Everything was great especially the backyard and the fishing dock. We used the fire pit and enjoyed our dinner around the fire. The kids used the kayaks around the lake and were able to catch some fish.

I traveled to Texas to visit my brother, who has terminal cancer. I rented this property because we wanted a space to sit and watch our children play together one last time. I was not disappointed! This property offered exactly what I had pictured and more. Our kids had a wonderful time, exploring all of the child-friendly activities that were offered and forgot about how sad they are for a little while. I will never forget this house. It will always give me a smile when I think about it.

Our family had the most relaxing stay. The house is ideally situated on the water. We watched the sunrise from the dock and it was beautiful. The kitchen is a chef's dream. The beds are very comfortable and the guest room shower is like getting a great massage.

We loved the place so much we booked it again. The dock was so awesome you’re on the lake all the time. They provided kayaks for all ages. My 8 year old was able to go out and have fun with his older brother and cousin. We caught a bunch of fish and the property is beautiful. We had fun inside with the foosball table and had a great meal with the awesome kitchen. Would definitely recommend.

My husband, myself, the in-laws and brother in-law (who is handicapped) had an amazing time at this property! All one level. Perfect floor plan- nice and open and inviting! We enjoyed the fire pit in the evening. They guys fished all night and caught alot of cstfish off the dock. The only draw back was we learned after jumping off the dock into the water, there have been alligator sightings on Lake Tawakoni. Not sure where exactly but just be cautious of that! We did not want to leave when it was time- wish we would've stayed longer! And the host was amazing- responded very quickly to any questions I had. Would definitely go back!

We greatly enjoyed our stay. This house is on a picturesque lot and has lots of indoor and outdoor amenities. The layout was perfect for our needs, and everything worked great. We spent most of our time by the lake when the weather was nice, and retreated to the excellent covered patio area when the rain showed up! The house is close to several good fishing spots on the lake, and the house has good boat access. We had an awesome time and definitely hope to return again. I highly recommend this house to anyone planning a stay on Lake Tawakoni.

We were looking for a relaxing getaway, just a short drive away. We got it! The backyard and lake were everything we needed to keep the kids busy during their Spring Break! We enjoyed exploring neighboring towns. We highly recommend a drive out to visit Canton Grand Safari Adventures and 88888 Ranch Pickleball and alpaca farm. A hidden gem just outside the city!

The house itself is very nice with large lawn area. However, there were large globs of hair in the kitchen sink and the master shower, empty food containers & food crumbs in the living room, very low water pressure in the second shower and the lights didn't work in the laundry area. It was extremely difficult getting the owner/property manager to respond to our questions - once at the time of booking and again when checking in. After multiple attempts to contact the owner, we finally had to have vrbo contact the owner to get door code check in information.

The house was perfect! It was very clean inside and out. Everything we needed was there. Plenty of space. A great view! I can’t say enough wonderful things about our relaxing getaway. We all loved this place.
