“I was in a car accident and the staff was rude to my wife when she called to let them know we couldn’t make it.
I’m in the hospital getting check out and they tell her it’s not her fault and that they are taking the money.
Didn’t even let her explain that we didn’t want the refund we just wanted to see if we could push the day out.
Completely unacceptable and unprofessional behavior me working in the medical field and being law enforcement also we understand things happen you can’t trust...

“Friendly staff, clean hotel and rooms. My only complaints were the bar was already closed when I got there at 8:30pm on a Friday night. No Air conditioning in the lobby, and I paid for breakfast in advanced, which was only up to $20, which only covered 2 small breakfast sandwiches and 2 drinks. I would have just went to the Waffle House down the street.
I should have looked into it more, but I reserved the room in a hurry because other alofts I have been to offer much more and are lively.
