Hotel vicino a Windrush Square - Londra

“É in zona 1: comodissimo, ad un passo dalla stazione di Vauxall e dal centro: Westminster, Big Ben e London Eye si raggiungono a piedi in venti minuti. La struttura é un pó kitsch, l’arredo delle camere basico, la moquette ovunque. La qualità della ristorazione è quella di un pub inglese medio, nulla di speciale. Però nelle vicinanze si trova un ottimo Gail’s Bakery, mentre il famoso (soprattutto per chi conosce Taylor Swift) pub The Black Dog si raggiunge in dieci minuti a piedi.”

I booked the single room which had a large single bed. The room was comfortable, clean and really well equipped for short stays. Lots of towels which was definitely a plus. “I didn’t like that the 3 bed room are so little for woman and man together. It was better if the room was only for women or only for men.”

“Room was great… but finding the location and check in process was a complete nightmare. I was told that I should have received an email with check in information before I arrived, I did not received this and no information on the Hotels.com booking that told me I needed to do this. There is nothing on the building door that says you are at Charles Hope apartments. If you follow the directions from hotel.com they are wrong. If you look up Charles hope on google this is wrong.
