“very clean and cosy. i used it as a single traveller visiting family who live nearby in brixton. close to bus and underground into heart of london. shops close by. friendly owners who will chat or leave you be as you need. very restful.”

“Very nice Hotel, comfortable and clean room, friendly environment. I wish they could improve the breakfast time: starting at 0730 it is just way too late! I went to the restaurant at 0735 and they were still not fully ready and since is not a buffet, you need to actually order at the table is not something you can rush a bit if you have to go, so I was given a coffee and just one (1) pastry to take away. ”

“Brand new building, lovely and clean and a fabulous stay, once I found it and got checked in that is. Building is called ‘Moda’ for those looking for it and you need to check in online before arrival but I received no word from the company. The man on the front desk was very helpful, but if he wasn’t there I would have been completely stuck! ”

“Such a lovely property, not far walk from the underground. Such a lovely surrounding area with lots of shops, restaurants and a great community all round I felt safe (as a for travelling on my own) and the rooms were clean. Beds very comfortable. Even having a seperate private bathroom downstairs was fine. Hot shower, clean towels. My room was 6 and this was main road facing so it does get a bit loud in the morning with buses/cars etc but still a good nights sleep. Didn’t use the shared kitchen...

“Excellent property itself - very quiet, clean, comfortable rooms, kitchen was well equipped with everything you need, although the only downfall was there were no chopping boards, oil, salt pepper or kitchen towels, so you might want to bring your own. “Beautiful spacious home. I booked this residence as I was attending an event at Brixton Academy, home is within walking distance or a quick Uber. Lovely quiet street, also loved the black and white cat that visited us over the weekend. Would stay here again. ”
