“Charming and tastefully decorated, immaculate. Room spacious enough. Desk staff was pleasant and helpful. Continental breakfast was basic but nice (great coffee, toast, bananas, pop tarts).
Only two relatively minor issues. Water pressure in our room wasn’t great, and the window unit that provided heat was very noisy.
Would definitely stay again!”

“I only gave the facility a 3/5 because they are in the middle of remodeling and downstairs was tricky getting to the elevators. All the rest I gave 5/5. Our room is was very clean and the hallways smell new! Once the renovation is complete definitely 5/5. The front staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was as hot, fresh and a lot of food! Definitely recommend staying here. ”

“Had to ask on day 3 for someone to bring clean towels and empty trash. That was the only day the room was serviced. Our room smelled like a wet dog. The staff was very nice. I dont know if they lack in staff but there hospitality part is lacking severely!”

“What a treat to get to stay in a historic building in Colonial Williamsburg! Our room at the old tavern was very comfortable and we loved taking our morning cup of coffee out to the back porch and then walking through the still streets. In addition, the staff at the Williamsburg Inn went above and beyond for us during our stay. “I’ve stayed multiple times at the brick kiln golf resort and lodge , and played the golf course multiple times as well.The course -hotel and restaurant (the nest) , are top notch. The thing that constantly stands out- is the staff !!! Always a pleasure to interact and connect with. This particular team— pro shop - Garrett and Owen- and the nest - Cayla - and check in personnel were - as usual- just an absolute pleasure.
