Hotel vicino a Windsor Heights Dog Park - Des Moines

“It was very inappropriate the attention they wanted to charge me something that I should not pay, lack of organization.”

“All fine. Nice and comfortable rooms”

“The property is beautiful and maintained. The room was perfect, I don't think I have ever been able to say that about a hotel before. More than anything else the staff was super friendly and incredibly kind. It felt like they really cared. I did zero research about this hotel or town. I was just desperate and ready to pull over and this look ideal on Expedia.”

“My stay was good except when I returned in the evening my door would not unlock. Had to wait for staff to come change the battery. Waited about 29 min in the hall and had to call the desk again, he did then come up right away.”

“Great stay likes always”

“Great breakfast!, real plates and silverware. Great selection of food.”

“Lori at front desk was helpful in getting me settled and ready for an upcoming wedding event.”

“The overall quality of the building materials used for this property were obviously low. Walls, ceilings and floors are VERY thin. You can hear everything going on in the rooms surrounding your own. For example, the light fixture outside the bathroom rattled every time the person above us walked near it. The bed was also uncomfortable, as it was already broken down.”

“just stay one night and everything was great”

“The staff was extremely friendly and helpful! Very cute kid friendly hotel! We would recommend and stay there again!”

“Everyone of the staff that we had interactions with were very friendly and made us feel welcome”

“It was a great location except construction. Lots of places to go to eat.”

“Very clean and well maintained”

“Ok, but I had to keep going down to get washcloths and towels. Very annoying.”

“Excellent staff and a clean property....only negative was the pool was closed.”
