Hotel a Windsor Heights

“I stopped for one night and it was a great place to stay. Nice staff, nice area and no disturbances. Great price, would recommend!”

“Bug in our bed”

“Had a really nice room at first. Tv and refrig didnt work. Moved us across the hall to smaller room. Smelled like animal pee and mildew. Carpet felt wet. I wasnt happy with this room at all. Pool was nice. Pool area needed picked up, more fresh towels, and air for those not swimming but need to watch their children. Opened windows, but told this effected AC. No ac in pool area. Pool hours were terrible. 9am to 10pm. Breakfast was so so. Not enough sitting area for breakfast. Staff very nice.”

“Hairdryer only operated on low. Elevator was questionable. It jerked and often landed lower than the floor creating a step & possible tripping hazard. Front desk gentleman was alone and very busy, but went above and beyond to offer help if needed. He was very apologetic about the wait checking in even though we were not overly concerned.”

“Checking was to be after 3:00 I waited for an hour for my room to be ready — 4:00 and the room was freezing and the windows could not be opened I wanted an accessible room — I got what they call accessible but the shower was in the tub — there is no way I could get into or out of the shower himself and I was traveling alone I finally turned the heat on to warm up the room even though it was 88 degrees outside I changed motels after one night”

“The hotel itself was nice. Unfortunately, while we were there, EVERYTHING was either broken or under construction. The swimming pool is being renovated. It's been under construction for a year. The workout facility is ALSO under construction. The ice machine is GONE! You have to go to the front desk to ask for ice. They were working on the roof when we were staying there so there was constant workers in the parking lot. Now, here is the POSITIVES. The workers were AWESOME! They can't control...

“The room itself was clean. I did not care for the amount of grills sitting outside of other rooms and the amount of people hanging out outside of our room. Kids were running up and down outside of our room until late and started back up at 6 AM.”

“I booked a room with 2 queen beds and a sofa bed. Did not get a sofa bed in the room. Went to breakfast at 8:15 and there were mostly empty containers. This was not the fault of the employee. She was trying to keep the food stocked, tables clean, and run the front desk. She was stretched was too thin. We have stayed at this hotel many times to go shopping, not sure if I will book this hotel again.”

“I rented a suite from their for the weekend. The rooms were not clean was dog and cat hair everywhere Had to go to Walmart to buy a swifter jet to clean the rooms myself. The bathtubs were disgusting in all three of the dressers was still full of cat food and candy... Anyway, all in all, it's not happening about the experience and will not stay there again”
