“The floors and bathroom were not cleaned. Microwave and fridge cost extra. No iron, no coffee or coffeemaker available. Sound on TV kept going out. Only 3 of the 5 lights worked. Check in/out is through a computer so there is no one readily available if you need in person help. Housekeeping is also extra. Stayed for 2 nights and wasn't even offered towels.”

The morning breakfast was more elaborate than expected and the staff that prepared the food was wonderful. Food was always stocked, warm, and tasty. The entire area was super clean.
