“When I checked in on Thurday I was not informed that there was NO WATER & the phone did not work. I have unset to find out after I checked in on 8/20... I was told by the owner Verbally that I would receive a reduction on pay for Thursday after looking at my account the payment for the whole 3 days was taken out. I would like a day refund giving back to me I would appreciate it, NOT A Happy Camper.”

“Love my room location for next trip 4th floor, quiet, peaceful, now on my long long trip Has hot bath water 24 hours a day Manager is great arranging things for me Breakfast good but ends 7am my west coast time Coffee quite a distance from my table and since husband not with I struggle to find another guest to carry my coffee”

“I didn't stay. It is August, the A/C wasn't working in the first room. And the room was spartan and hadn't been updated in forever. One small window in a concrete block building. It felt like a cave. Not even a rug on the floor. Got another room that the A/C seemed to be somewhat working but the room was still too warm. Same cave like feel, sat on the bed and it was like a board. The sign in the check in lobby said "no refunds" I didn't care. Took the key and the remote they gave me for the TV...

“Pillows were very thin had three to make one. Bed a little hard. Very noisy from highway.”

“Room wasn't what was booked or pics of. Very disappointed. Was supposed to be handicap accessible with walk in shower like pictures of room booked. Check in and tub shower. Rooms not cleaned every day, once a week or two depends on your stay length. Lots of long term stayers. Was almost cheaper to stay a month then 9 days.”
