“Great Hotel, I definitely would recommend. Clean rooms newly renovated. Comfortable beds, nice bathroom. Halls, lobby laundry area was clean and tidy. Ice machine at the end of each hall. ”

“The first lady I encountered at check in was very nice and helpful but the man who was the desk at checkout was not very nice and actually pretty rude. He did not even acknowledge I was standing there and acted like I was bothering him. I would not have expected such service at such a nice establishment. Very disappointed. Put a damper on a nice time we had in Tennesse. ”
