“Our mattress sucked and the pillows were awful. The bathroom could have been cleaned way better. Toilet was dirty inside and not enough towels. There was a m&m that was there on the carpet when we arrived and asked the staff to please freshen our room. The cleaning people came with new towels but forget to clean the bathroom. Front desk was terrific.”
