Hotel vicino a Franklin Square - Nashville

“Our pillows were in bad shape. One was all the way flat like having no pillows. The other like a brick. I slept with no pillow. But besides that the hotel was perfect!”

“Very nice property. Our room was clean and comfortable, hot water from the shower, ac, fridge, as well as the tv worked flawlessly and the luggage carts were awesome! Breakfast was workable but not memorable. Nice parking, close to I-65, lots of dining options in the area. The pool was warm, a point taken away for no hot tub! Next door Harley dealer was loud, but I worked the parts desk at a HD dealership, they were dyno tuning and done by 7pm so no big fuss there. Verdict: The boss and I...

“Very relaxed stay for 10 days in Franklin. I recommend it”

“Loved the outside area. Breakfast was a let down elevators were down clean facilities. Comfortable beds. Shampoo was amazing.”

“Rooms are clean. Place is being remodeled. Night staff very friendly. Day staff not very friendly if you can find 1. Breakfast be sure you go early as its gone quickly.”

“The bed was very firm to sleep on and the pillows provided little support. The toilet in the bathroom would also barely flush. The ice machine was on the bottom floor which made it difficult to get ice. The TV cable did not work as well.”

“Good staff. Facilities were clean and fairly well maintained. Breakfast was more than adequate. Only issue was the elevator was broken down on a three day holiday weekend. Not necessarily the fault of the hotel. Sometimes those things happen. Staff did their best to help minimize any disruption.”

“The property was not what I have come to know as the Hampton Inn chain. Typically a Hampton meets above average requirements but unfortunately this one was sub par. They put us in the wrong type of rooms even though we had reserved a specific configuration. The customer support was not supportive at all. When I travel in the future I will not be staying at a Hampton Inn. Sadly, a former Hampton Inn guest.”

“The hotel appeared clean, but both the lobby and our room had a noticeable urine odor. The lobby restroom smelled strongly of cat urine. It smelt like they had tried to use sprays to cover it up, but it didn’t work. Many walls had visible patches that were never properly painted or finished, especially in the bathroom.
