“Our pillows were in bad shape. One was all the way flat like having no pillows. The other like a brick. I slept with no pillow. But besides that the hotel was perfect!”

“The staff was awesome! So helpful from checking, to checking on is to see how our stay was going, to giving us a paper map in case we lost a signal in the mountains. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was good. We will definitely stay here again if we are ever in the area. Thanks for making it such a great stay!”

“The front desk employee was rude and wasn’t helpful. He seemed to be in a bad mood and didn’t even say welcome or anything like that. Other than that, the hotel was nice.”

“Loved the outside area. Breakfast was a let down elevators were down clean facilities. Comfortable beds. Shampoo was amazing.”

“Good staff. Facilities were clean and fairly well maintained. Breakfast was more than adequate. Only issue was the elevator was broken down on a three day holiday weekend. Not necessarily the fault of the hotel. Sometimes those things happen. Staff did their best to help minimize any disruption.”

“Early evening checking in with staff was easy. The staff member was friendly, polite, and helpful. Best to not have a room with a pool view as noise carries and it was loud and late from a party of children and parents. Other guests across the hall decided to shout out between rooms after 1am also disrupting some needed rest after a long day of traveling.”

“Great location in Franklin! Shopping and restaurants nearby. We go to Franklin often as we have family there. This was very convenient to Mack Hatcher. Nice breakfast!”

“Rooms are clean. Place is being remodeled. Night staff very friendly. Day staff not very friendly if you can find 1. Breakfast be sure you go early as its gone quickly.”
