“The house needs a deep cleaning. There is visible dust on the ceilings and the floors are not clean. Outdoor patio needs to be power washed along with the outside of the house. Pool and hot tub floors are not clean and a cover should have been provided. We were unable to use the pool one day due to a broken timer as the pool was not properly cleaned by the tech. “Overall the villa was lovely, beautifully clean inside with nice touches like mini toiletries, large tub of ground coffee, sugar, creamer, plenty of toilet rolls salt and pepper, olive oil, coffee filters oh and a kettle bonus for us Brits.The Lounge, dining and bedrooms were beautifully furnished and had everything we needed. “The host communicated with quick responses to any questions we had. Check in went smoothly. The kitchen was equipped with all the needed amenities. We were missing a spatula utensil and notified the host and a 2 brand new ones were delivered to the house immediately. The 2 En-suite bedrooms were large and very comfortable.
