La nostra residenza di lusso si trova nell'esclusiva comunità di Lakota, nella sottodivisione Antlers, direttamente di fronte alla stazione sciistica di Winter Park. I panorami non hanno prezzo e sono tra i migliori di Winter Park. Questa favolosa casa di città offre tutto il necessario per un perfetto rifugio in montagna.

La residenza cittadina è di circa 1800 piedi quadrati, tre camere da letto, due bagni e mezzo e può ospitare comodamente otto persone / due famiglie. C'è una grande vasca idromassaggio privata situata all'esterno sul ponte inferiore che si affaccia su Winter Park e Mary Jane Ski Mountains. L'unità si trova su un vicolo cieco, quindi ci sarà un traffico minimo e un vialetto più lungo per un parcheggio extra per gli ospiti.

Tutto il riscaldamento radiante a pavimento in ardesia comprende il primo piano. Un garage annesso riscaldato è disponibile per la vostra comodità. La nostra casa è a soli due decimi di miglio dal Winter Park "Park and Ride" (2 parcheggi gratuiti) dove un servizio navetta gratuito vi condurrà alla base sciistica o alla città. Oppure, puoi guidare per circa 1 miglio totale alla base e parcheggiare in uno dei numerosi lotti.

* Novità per il quartiere del Lakota per la stagione sciistica '16 / '17: la linea pubblica Green Bus ora fornirà un servizio di autobus GRATUITO alla base di Winter Park nei fine settimana e nei giorni festivi. Si prega di informarsi sull'app di tracciamento disponibile.

L'unità è divisa in tre livelli. Il livello di ingresso comprende la zona giorno con un camino a gas, un camino in pietra e una vista mozzafiato sulla montagna di sci. La cucina gourmet completamente attrezzata e la sala da pranzo si trovano anche al livello principale. Nessuna spesa è stata risparmiata; alti soffitti a volta, dettagli in legno, Smart TV HD da 60 "e ripiani in lastre di granito sono solo alcuni dei lussi. Il ponte esteso fuori dalla cucina è dotato di una griglia a gas naturale e mobili da pranzo all'aperto.

Il livello superiore è dedicato a una spaziosa suite principale con un bellissimo letto king-size, Smart TV HD da 48 "a parete e cabina armadio. Un bagno privato è dotato di vasca idromassaggio Jacuzzi, ripiani in marmo anticato, lavandini per lui e per lei e doccia padronale completamente piastrellata.

Il livello inferiore ha due camere da letto. La suite inferiore offre un lussuoso letto queen-size e Smart TV HD da 42 ". La seconda grande camera da letto offre 2 letti singoli a castello, per ospitare quattro persone, Smart TV HD da 55 "e un ponte privato completo di vasca idromassaggio per otto persone! Il livello inferiore ha anche una lavatrice e asciugatrice full size e un bagno completo con una grande cabina doccia.

Cozy Christmas

This home is so cozy, has unbelievable views and is in the best location! It was about four minutes to the ski lifts and about eight minutes to town! It was the perfect setup for our family of four! We loved the special touch of all the Christmas decorations and the owners are unbelievably kind. Highly recommend this house!

Summer 2024 in Winter Park

Property offered spectacular views of Winter Park ski slopes and easy access to ski resort shops, restaurants and town of Fraser. Main level is small and can be tight with multiple people moving about among oversized furnishings. Patio is good size with nice BBQ and very active Hummingbird feeder. Kitchen area well stocked with utensils, etc but drawers were full of 'junk' and unnecessary miscellaneous clutter. Cabinet surfaces and stove top and were covered with dust and grease. Laundry facilities downstairs with only 4 Tidepods available and no bleach or dryer sheets. Nice sized master bedroom and bath area with walk-in closet but ceiling literally coated with dust. Overall worth the price paid and owners very nice but might want to consider a different management/maintenance company? versizedfurnishings

Clean, Beautiful Home

We had a wonderful stay in Winter Park. The condo was spotlessly clean and beautiful and perfect for our needs. The hosts were amazing. They were excellent at communicating with us and helping us with anything we needed. The location is so convenient to the village and the town of Winter Park and Frasier. We loved hanging out on the balcony with the hummingbirds. We also saw a deer and fox while we were out there. It's a little bit noisy from US 40 but because of all of the other great things about the house and location, it didn't bother us. I would highly recommend staying here and hope to be back!

Fantastic property, good location

Our family had a wonderful stay here over spring break and enjoyed near-perfect skiing conditions at Winter Park Resort. The condo is everything you would want for a trip like this -- it's warm and very comfortable, with hot tub, wifi and well-stocked kitchen. The owners are very accessible if there's anything you need. If there's any downside, it's the logistics of getting to and from the mountain. The free Winter Park "Green Line" bus picks up about 200 yards away, which can be a long walk when you're exhausted from a day of skiing and lugging all your gear. Worse though, the bus runs about every 30 minutes, and the route each way takes about 10-20 minutes. Which means, if you barely miss a bus, the trip could take about an hour. But hey, at least it's free.

Excellent Property; Well located; Well equipped; Convenient

The property is excellent and we would stay there again. Everything worked (TV, coffee maker, hot tub, etc.); property was well equiped and quite convenient to the gondola (a very short drive to the drop off point). The Master Suite upstairs is private and well separated from guests in an inviting and well lit basement. Property manager was very responsive to questions.

Wonderful views and well stocked kitchen

The views were outstanding and we enjoyed being able to cook our meals in the well stocked kitchen. I did not have to use any of the pantry items I normally travel with, with the exception of a dish towel. The townhome was a perfect location for our day hikes and I would definitely stay here again. A special thanks to the hosts for their quick responses to my questions! Only negatives: A deep clean should be done under the couches/dressers/etc - my son's dog sniffed out a pill bottle and old baby treats, which we promptly threw away. There were also issues with the TVs initially, but persistent rebooting and power cycling corrected this problem.

Beautiful townhouse in a great location!

This property is clean, well maintained, and well decorated. It is well equipped to stay in, if needed. We were surprised to see more amenities/supplies than we expected. It’s in a great location, close to the Winter Park Ski Area. The owners were very responsive. We recommend this property to anyone looking for an enjoyable time. We’ll definitely look for this property again when we return to Winter Park.

Well stocked, Excellent Lakota Location

One of the best stocked kitchens in a rental. Loved use of the spices, dry goods and condiments. Waffle iron, griddle pan, and dual coffee maker all pluses. Plenty of space for family of 5. Pet friendly. Quiet neighborhood across the streer from Winter Park Resort. Able to see slopes from your living room views.

Winter ski trip!

The condo was perfect for our family and friends ski vacation to WinterPark. The owners Kevin and Troye were incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the entire booking process. The condo had so many great features - hot tub, full kitchen, clean, spectacular views and so much more. Would highly recommend!

As promised, great place!

As shown the townhome is very clean, well maintained and a very comfortable place for our group of 6 adults. The kitchen, outdoor grill and hot tub allowed us to enjoy family time after days skiing. Owner communication was perfect. We will return to 505 !! The Green Line shuttle down the street was very convenient too.

For years we have driven past Lakota and I ve said , that’s where we need to stay as we drove into town or Fraser. Man, was I right… Being able to enjoy your morning coffee or evening drinks while looking out the wall of windows facing directly at the ski area. Super convenient, dog friendly and your own garage are just a few of the other things that really made our stay just perfect. Everything you need in the kitchen and those heated floors….we will be back.

Great Location - Great Owner

This property was so charming and lodge feeling. We loved the decor and the proximity to the ski village was awesome. You do have to cross a main highway at the bottom of the hill, but there is a pedestrian walk across at the light. The place is well stocked, especially the kitchen. Don't buy any spices or oils!! It was so easy to cook there. The owner is avail via text or phone call at anytime. We conversed several times throughout our stay with me asking questions about the area, etc. Very responsive and super friendly. The hot tub is the nicest I have ever been in. Well maintained, crystal clean and huge. We used it daily. Also, good service on it - as we were there 1 week and it was serviced mid way through. The beds were comfortable, and the master upstairs and the 2 bedrooms downstairs worked nicely for families. If I could find any critique it would be the windows need help. We were there summer and constantly wanted them opened during day and closed at night (at least on ground floor). This wasn't easy since most handles/cranks are broken - but the owner is on it and knows it's an inconvenience and I would guess they will be fixed by the next time we stay here. Yes, we would definitely return. It was a great experience on the end of a cul-de-sac and so very nice. Loved the garage. The back deck does overlook a highway (well, trees buffer the physical appearance), but you do hear the sound. Again, slight inconvenience, but certainly not a deal breaker. Too many other great features to focus on that. Super experience - we will be back! Thanks Troye!
