Disclosures
The majority of the properties in the Winter Park area do not have A/C due to the cooler climate. The resort base closes during the off seasons in the spring and fall but the downtown area remains open year round. A complete list of our discounts and optional services can be viewed on our website. Our designated pet friendly properties have a pet fee of $49 nightly with a 2 dog max. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds and must be crated if left alone. Additional fees will apply for non-compliance. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am Daily. The unit includes parking for a max of 2 vehicles, 1 vehicle in the communal heated garage, and 1 additional in overflow parking. STR license #023680

Major Construction and Noise All Day Long

Building and Unit are nice, but there was Zero disclosure about the major construction happening in the Roam neighborhood. If you're looking for quiet, don't stay here. We complained and WinterPark escapes did move us, but at an additional charge as the only other available unit was larger. We cannot be the only ones complaining about the noise. No one pays that kind of money for a vacation get away just to be surrounded by construction. Shady advertising and they need to update all listings in this area to accurately portray the noise and construction - including photo's representing what your view is now like - which is construction not nature. See photo's attached and compare to this unit. We would have NEVER rented here if the construction was previously disclosed.
