Disclosures The majority of the properties in the Winter Park area do not have A/C due to the cooler climate. The resort base closes during the off seasons in the spring and fall but the downtown area remains open year round. A complete list of our discounts and optional services can be viewed on our website. Our designated pet friendly properties have a pet fee of $49 nightly with a 2 dog max. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds and must be crated if left alone. Additional fees will apply for non-compliance. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am Daily. Amazing stay at Timber Fox Luxury Condo

Gorgeous Mountain View
We had the best time. The condo had everything we needed and was tastefully decorated. The host was super responsive and accommodating. The amenities were great. Walking distance to everything and easy free buss access. Would definitely stay here again.

My stay at this unit was sooo wonderful. Started of with a heated garage that I was also able to charge my car at for free, to having the most amazing views from the balcony- to having everything my family needed in the kitchen and the kids loved all the games and the king size bunk beds. Such an amazing place

The four C's
Clean, cozy, comfortable, and convenient. From the parking garage to the room and everywhere in between the condo was very clean. Cozy and comfortable with an amazing view and comfortable couch nestled in by the fire place. Only a few blocks from down town and all of the restaurants made staying here very convenient.

Great stay!
Nice new condo with a fully stocked kitchen. Short walk to the bus to take you skiing. Our kids loved the arcade games in the condo and the hot tub was a nice treat after skiing. The mattress in the primary bedroom is rock hard - only suggestion would be a mattress topper. We had a great stay!

Great space for our group of 5
We enjoyed the convenience of being a block away from everything we wanted to go to. Some members of our family can't walk long distances but this was close enough for them to enjoy all the activities at the shops and the concerts in the park. Also it had an evaluator to allow them access without having to climb stairs.
We enjoyed eating out on the balcony for our evening dinners. Also liked having access to a nice grill to make some meals. There were no screens on the doors to open it up without a few bugs flying in. It does have AC but we also liked hearing the sounds of the river and birds. It will be a place we will look at revisiting in the future.

Brand new unit, nicely furnished for a family.
Location is excellent and it is a stones throw from Hideaway park. The unit was very clean and tastefully appointed. Parking the car inside the building garage was also very nice as was having an elevator for schlepping luggage and gear. Kids will love the video game set up. The only downside was the TV situation-you can’t watch local news olor major networks without subscribing to YouTube TV. You can log into your own streaming services.

It felt like coming home...
Pictures are worth a thousand words but the pictures of this Timber Fox Condo do not equate to the impact it had on me and my family. It's always a little nerve-wrecking going into someone else's home...but this felt like "coming home". It was clean and comfortable. It felt like when you prepare your home for family to visit and you consider the little details...you did that...and very well! Thank you for preparing with MY family in mind...that's what it felt like.

Beautiful New Complex
What an amazing new complex! The condo was beautifully decorated and included all the necessary supplies for a comfortable week-long visit. The kitchen had EVERTHING that you could need including glass storage containers for leftovers! The beds were very comfortable and the layout of the floorplan created plenty of space for us to spread out. I assume Winter Park Escapes or the owner will include some "instructions" in the future to help direct guests to the complex amenities (took us awhile to figure out how to get to the hot tub) and internal condo amenities (fumbled through remotes for GoogleTV and fireplace), but once we figured that all out everything was perfect! Thanks for another great vacation facilitated by Winter Park Escapes!

Amazing place with gorgeous mountain views
This was our second visit to Winter Park and this time we decided to stay in Fraser Town. We chose this place as it had a large balcony, large TV and also a covered garage parking. The location is ideal as its walking distance to all the restaurants and shopping places in Fraser Town.
However please remember, when you check-in for the first time, do come before dark since these condos has no clear signage to enable one to pick the correct apartment. Check-in was a breeze. The apartment is large and spacious. Bed is firm and comfortable. Kitchen needs to have more supply like basic salt and pepper for cooking.
There is construction where the balcony view is and the peaceful sanctity is disturbed a lot by the noise and dust. The game zone machine was not working. There is no Keurig machine in the kitchen. The management was generous to hand over coffee coupons + beer coupons but we only used it once. We preferred they had provided the Keurig machine.
Overall the place is nice and we wish some of the things were working, provided and notified. We would definitely recommend this place but will also caution to ask and ensure the above things are taken care of and if folks are fine with the construction work.
