Disclosures The majority of the properties in the Winter Park area do not have A/C due to the cooler climate. The resort base closes during the off seasons in the spring and fall but the downtown area remains open year round. A complete list of our discounts and optional services can be viewed on our website. Our designated pet friendly properties have a pet fee of $49 nightly with a 2 dog max. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds and must be crated if left alone. Additional fees will apply for non-compliance. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am Daily. Ski trip with friends
This was a great location and layout for our group. The kids loved the loft bunk house. We were able to walk up a trail on a hill near the condo and get to the resort within 5 minutes which was so nice. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Summer Getaway
Getting out of the Texas heat and hanging out with our kids was our top priority and Winter Park did not disappoint. The unit we stayed in was fantastic. Plenty of space. Quiet. The location was incredible. It was close to the resort and town. We loved everything about it. We will definitely stay here again. Thanks for providing such a wonderful place for families to stay.

Wonderful location
The property was perfect! The kitchen was well stocked, linens were in great condition, and the beds were comfortable. We were in walking distance to the village and the view of the slopes was magnificent.

Great Location, a Bit Tight on Space
Great Location with ability to walk to base of Gemini lift. Beds weren't great (noisy, tight in the rooms) and common areas were tight, even for our group of 5.

Loved our stay
We truly loved staying here with a group of friends. There was enough to do for skiers and non-skiers alike. We loved the unit itself and the location. The unit did have a few quirks and maintenance issues but they were quickly resolved.

Best Location!
This villa was amazing! The location was perfect for a wedding we had to attend at the top of the ski mountain. Very clean, this villa accommodated the whole bridal party. The unit is bright, with plenty of space for large groups.

Very nice home with GREAT access to the resort but didn't feel too crowded - nice and quiet location. It was so convenient to have a private hot tub and a beautiful living space. We did feel a bit rushed to leave (the cleaning crew came before checkout). But otherwise, it was a wonderful experience and a nice vacation away from the city

Amazing loft close to the slopes!
The apartment is beautiful with a full view of the slopes. The loft is equiped with everything you need, laundry, grill, hot tub, etc. We relaxed in the 8-person hot tub every afternoon after skiing all day long. At night enjoyed a barbecue with an amazing view of the mountain. Truly recommend this place for a big group of friends or a family!

Winter park ski trip
Here are a few bullet points from the trip.
They are partnered with xplorie which provided a massive amount of benefits for activities.
Property was amazing. It had 3 rooms with plenty of space to house the 7 people we brought in the trip. The hot tub was big and perfect for the end of the day after a day on the mountain. Parking has 2 spots and plenty of space in the garage to store equipment which made the hassle of storage easy. The lifts were walking distance right up the slope and the house was perfectly located.

Overall was a GREAT stay. Really enjoyed the proximity to the slopes (maybe a 5-10 minute walk through the trash dumpster). The house was more spacious than the pictures indicated. The place was very clean. Also the hot tub might have been our favorite part of the house. Great feature to hit after a full day of skiing! Only improvement I would suggest is the bed frames. I think everyone in our party had some sleeping problems with how often the beds squeaked with movement. Would still highly recommend this place to anyone going to WP!

Great location, a short walk to the mountain. The space had plenty of room for our group with two families. The kids loved the loft. Lots of windows and light, hot tub was clean, and the kitchen well stocked. A few details would prevent me from giving 5 stars; the HOA has not kept up with snow removal, to the point that water from melting snow was leaking through the roof into a bathroom, and we witnessed chunks of ice falling onto the deck which could be a safety issue. One of the bunk beds upstairs was missing 3 slats so the mattress fell through when someone climbed on it. Also none of the bedrooms have lamps on bedside tables, a simple detail that adds a lot of comfort.

Modern place, great property management!
We really enjoyed our stay! This property is modern and clean, has nice windows and views of the ski runs, private hot tub, lots of space for our group (5 adults and dog). Location was convenient for skiing, though did require a short hike up a hill. Could also take a free shuttle though the shuttle service did not seem convenient/reliable (not the property’s fault). Neighborhood was quiet and friendly, our dog enjoyed the snowy walks! Property management was super responsive and very nice, plowed often, and shoveled the snow off the decks regularly. Pictures were very accurate, though couch was changed for the better (replaced with a large comfy couch). No dining room, but that was fine for us and the kitchen island was huge and accommodated! Would definitely recommend!
