Hi Country Haus ristrutturata

La vacanza perfetta ... Ristrutturato, condominio splendidamente decorato proprio nella città di Winter Park. Condo è a pochi passi da numerosi ristoranti, pub, negozi, bowling e cinema. La club house, recentemente ristrutturata, dispone di una piscina coperta, tre vasche idromassaggio, area giochi, sala fitness e servizio lavanderia. Navetta gratuita per Winter Park Resort si ferma proprio di fronte al condominio. Tonnellate di "vantaggi", lettore DVD con film a vostra disposizione, TV via cavo, giochi da tavolo, wifi e altro ancora.

Si tratta di una unità di condominio fine al secondo piano con un mazzo di godere la vista sulle montagne e rilassarsi. Il condominio può ospitare fino a dieci persone ma non è pensato per 10 adulti. La camera da letto principale ha un letto matrimoniale e bagno attaccato 3/4. La seconda camera contiene un letto matrimoniale. La terza camera ha due letti a castello, una piena (può ospitare 4 bambini) e l'altra una doppia a castello (può ospitare 2 bambini). Cucina completamente attrezzata con nuovi armadi e ripiani in granito. L'intero condominio ha nuovissimo arredo e un grande camino a legna per le serate fresca di montagna.

Immerso tra i pini, il fiume attraversa il Complesso Hi Country con viste fantastiche. La navetta gratuita SKI vi preleva proprio fuori il condominio e si prende due miglia agli impianti di risalita.

great 3 bedroom option near downtown wp

We had a great time, condo was comfortable for 4 adults and 2 kids. It was clean and convenient to WP ski hill. The kitchen and dining area are a bit small for a 3 bedroom,.The pool is very nice and very close to this condo.

Most needed supplies were available. Sponges for dished were well used. We needed to go buy some. A few other odds and ends. Over all this place was great we enjoyed out stay.

Great Location, Quiet Building

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The location is right next to the Clubhouse and Lift stop, so it was very convenient. The building was a lot quieter than others we have stayed in.We brought our dogs and this condo was very dog friendly. We loved that they provided sheets to cover furniture so the dog hair was easily contained.The condo has everything you need in the kitchen and bathrooms, even a hair dryer and a space heater for colder temperatures. The kitchen area is a little on the smaller side, however with 3 bedrooms we had plenty of space to store things and spread out. It has a nice open feel with the way it’s laid out.The only con was that the building itself is not very insulated, so it can get cold in the condo. The owners take care of that by providing a lot of extra blankets for the beds, so it’s not really a big deal. Overall, we definitely enjoyed our stay and would rent again.

Daughter's 10th birthday

It was everything I needed. Condo is the closest to the pool house. There was a nice area at the pool house where we ate pizza. Pool manager was super nice. Kids had a great time in the pool and 2 indoor hot tubs and 1 outdoor hot tub. Beds at the condo were super comfortable. Place was clean and warm. Would definitely use again.

Christmas Ski Trip

Really this property is in a great location, I don’t think we were more than 10 minutes from Winter Park Ski Resort, easy access. There was plenty of room for all 5 of us(adults). My only suggestion to the owners would be to invest in two new mattress for the two bedrooms that had the queen beds. Otherwise great place.

We stayed her in December and had a wonderful time with our group (4 adults and 3 kids). The bedrooms were perfect and the beds were very comfortable. The condo location was steps away from the pool and hot tubs. My group loved our time there.

This place!

This place is great! We will definitely stay again! There is a bus stop about 100' away to take you to the resort, the other bus stop is a 3-5min walk. Its also located right next to the fitness center and hot tubs! The owners and the management company are great to work with too! I can not say enough good things!

Perfect condo for our needs.

We stayed in this condo for a summer trip. The location was perfect for our needs. One of our favorite restaurants was within walking distance. The condo was clean, very comfortable and was stocked with everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again.

Exactly as discribed - Highly Recommend!

We had an amazing stay at this condo, which comfortably fit six adults and two dogs. The location was ideal, with stores and amenities just a short walk away, making it incredibly convenient. The condo itself had everything we needed, from a fully equipped kitchen to clean rooms. The surroundings of the building were also lovely, providing a peaceful and enjoyable setting. Relaxing getaway

We really enjoyed our stay here and the pool, pool table, hot tubs rec area was a lot of fun. It's really close to the Frasier trail which has ponds and beautiful mountain views. Overall a great place to relax and enjoy the mountains.

Nice Place and Great Location

The unit was just as advertised and spotless. There were no issues at all - checking in was easy, checking out was easy, and good parking. We enjoyed the pool and common areas. There is a lot to do in this area and many restaurants and grocery stores.

Close to shuttle and health club

Sleeps many but is very small unit, exterior shows it’s age. Was good for 3-4 friends but not more. Small table with stools so not much dining area if planning on eating in. Not much area to sit and relax 1 chair a sofa. No tv’s in bedroom and tiny bathroom off bedroom. Good for sleeping and convenient location.

Very small doesn't fit 8 people as described

Our experience with the apartment on Verb left much to be desired. Despite being advertised as suitable for 8 people, the reality was far from it. The space was cramped and overwhelmed with clutter, largely comprising the host's personal belongings. This not only limited our ability to move comfortably but also created an unsettling feeling of intruding on someone's private space. Adding to the disappointment was the state of the furnishings. Rather than being conducive to a comfortable stay, the apartment was filled with antiquated pieces that seemed more fitting for a museum than a living space. Broken ottomans, tables, and beds littered the area, serving as constant reminders of the lack of care and maintenance the property had received. Enduring these conditions for a full 7 days was challenging enough, but what truly soured our experience was the host's response upon our early departure. A week after leaving, we received an email accusing us of causing damages and demanding additional fees. This accusation was not only unfounded but also incredibly dishonest, as the items in question were already in a state of disrepair before our arrival. The host's attempt to shift blame and extort money for pre-existing issues was nothing short of outrageous. It speaks volumes about their lack of integrity and disregard for guest satisfaction. Such deceitful practices have no place in the hospitality industry and certainly do not warrant a recommendation.
