“Staff was absolutely amazing. They all seemed like they enjoyed their jobs which is rare today and it came across to how they treated the customers amazing breakfast above par rooms were extremely spacious and very well set up. It was my first visit will definitely be back.”

“This hotel looks nothing like the pictures. It is very run down and dirty. I booked for two nights, but after the first night, there was no way I was staying another night so I went to check out and cancel second night. They refused to give me a refund for the second night, even though it was before 11am. No water pressure in the shower, cold air draft coming right in through the door to the room, worn out bed, didn't look like the room has been cleaned in months, it was disgusting.”

“Thumbs down. We had leftover garbage in our room. The wall had tape from the previous guests along with confetti on the floor. Breakfast was mediocre. Staff was friendly. Hair in the tub. The carpet by the elevator was filthy.”

“A comfortable solution with large and welcoming rooms. The hotel was under renovation but this does not cause too much discomfort. Just outside the city center in a great location for a business trip. Unfortunately poor breakfast.”

“Bed hard & uncomfortable. Made for poor sleep. Check-in staff slow. Entire facility shabby in appearance. Worst breakfast with fewest options I have encountered. Room itself was clean. ”

“Bring your own mop, disinfecting, sanitation stuff back rooms, toilet bowl, cleaners bleach anything related to housekeeping because you are the housekeeper you need to bring your own trash down you need to ask for towel so just bring your whole house and all your cleaning supplies and become a housekeeper there as you stay there”

“It was a nice stay and the kids loved the pool area. The 2 hot tubs were amazing. Hot Hot. The only disappointment was having to pay for breakfast at the restaurant attached to hotel. They gave 10% coupon but its pricey for breakfast”

“Breakfadt menu could have been a little better. It was a little limited. No cooked eggs only uncooked in the fridge.”

“Water leaked when the shower was running and we had to stack towels so the whole floor didn’t get soaked. Bed was comfy and room was clean. Loved the balcony”

“The room was very clean. Bed comfortable. Staff very friendly and kind. My tv did not work. The guy at front desk offered to move me to another room. The direct tv box was shot. Young man very kind. But my stuff was already unpacked. Also the whole unit cover on the heater/cooling unit kept falling off. I finally got it to stay. Wasn’t too happy about these things. But I slept well and place was clean. I had my phone to watch Netflix ”
