“We were in town for a family wedding and I reserved 3 rooms for us. My family showed up to check in and they were denied access because I was not physically present (I was coming later). Even though my wife is included in my profile they could not get in. My wife, daughter, and daughter-in-law had copies of the reservation but they would not honor them. The desk personal (Wendy) was very rude and would not help. I talked to her on the phone and she said she would not help. After I called...

“A comfortable solution with large and welcoming rooms. The hotel was under renovation but this does not cause too much discomfort. Just outside the city center in a great location for a business trip. Unfortunately poor breakfast.”

“It was more like an extended stay facility and not so much like the average hotel. The icemaker is in the refrigerator or other than a big machine down the hall. The bed was a bit too close to the wall, but other than that, the room was comfortable.”

“We have stayed here before and plugged in our vehicle didn't have a problem. The bus and a trailer and be ended up only finding a spot in the handicap parking and there was an outlet there so we plugged in our rig. Mind you the time was after 10:00 p.m. It was already pretty late in the evening. Sometime after midnight our phone rings only three times I get to the phone there's nothing on the other end. It felt like maybe only 2 minutes later we get a knock on the door they had called the police...

“This is a former Marriott property, and has really nice room design, even though some of it is a bit worn, dated, or tired. I was never willing to pay the rate when it was a Marriott, so this is a good compromise. Everything was good, nothing was actually terrible, and the price was good. Will stay again.”

“Room smelled musty, decent breakfast (cereal, Waffle, fruit, yogurt), felt safe in the building & parking lot. Did not like finding a plant sprouting from my shower! (I'll see if I can add a pic)”

“The hotel is perfectly located to enjoy Appleton, Lawrence University, Saturday farmers market and some great restaurants. They also have a nice pool. The very mild issue was the Harvest restaurant breakfast which was disappointing. There are good restaurants close by though so overall it wasn’t an issue. Also, Starbucks is in the hotel. We’ve stayed before and will definitely stay again!”

“Everything is great except they like to book folks next to eachother, probably trying to make it easy for the housekeeping crews. However, walls are thin so when my neighbors were making noise, I could hear everything. I come for work alone 12hr days and some night shifts on the highway as a heavy equipment operator. I’ve expressed my need for quiet many times but the memo doesn’t always get to all the front desk clerks.”

“The AC didn't cool like I thought it should but it ended up keeping us quite comfortable considering the heat wave that was happening during our stay.”
