Hotel vicino a Community First Champion Center - Appleton

“We were in town for a family wedding and I reserved 3 rooms for us. My family showed up to check in and they were denied access because I was not physically present (I was coming later). Even though my wife is included in my profile they could not get in. My wife, daughter, and daughter-in-law had copies of the reservation but they would not honor them. The desk personal (Wendy) was very rude and would not help. I talked to her on the phone and she said she would not help. After I called...

“This was a really nice place to stay. Very clean and the breakfast was great. The best part of the stay was the workers. They were always helpful and super friendly!”

“Had a room directly off the pool, there is no sound proofing and it was super loud. I could hear the person in the next room up talking at all hours.”

“They do not allow service dogs and will send you across town to their “sister” property who will charge you a fee for your service dog (even when presented actual paperwork). Sister property is a very old, dated, odd foul smelling best western. I was not charged their much lower rate and was Still charged as if I was staying at Wyndham…”

“A comfortable solution with large and welcoming rooms. The hotel was under renovation but this does not cause too much discomfort. Just outside the city center in a great location for a business trip. Unfortunately poor breakfast.”

“It was more like an extended stay facility and not so much like the average hotel. The icemaker is in the refrigerator or other than a big machine down the hall. The bed was a bit too close to the wall, but other than that, the room was comfortable.”

“This is a former Marriott property, and has really nice room design, even though some of it is a bit worn, dated, or tired. I was never willing to pay the rate when it was a Marriott, so this is a good compromise. Everything was good, nothing was actually terrible, and the price was good. Will stay again.”

“Very run down which I normally don't mind but this hotel had a chain link fence around half of it and a musty/moldy smell permeated the rooms. We booked it because it has a hot tub, which was broken. There were no sign indicating it was broken or being repaired but it was colder than the pool! .”
