Hotel vicino a Fox River Mall - Appleton

“Room: 8.5/10 Staff: 10/10 Amenities: 10/10 Noise: 8.5/10 The room was great, could be a little bigger but for short stays it’s plenty of space. I do want to note that the room we booked did not have a microwave but they do have one in the “kitchen/dining” area on the main level in the lobby. The staff were wonderful & accommodating when things began to go wrong for myself & my daughter’s trip the front desk manager kept a level head and calm demeanor which helped me to calm myself as well. “A comfortable solution with large and welcoming rooms. The hotel was under renovation but this does not cause too much discomfort. Just outside the city center in a great location for a business trip. Unfortunately poor breakfast.”

“The size & set up of the 2BR suites is great. The water pressure & hot water was outstanding. Beds were fairly comfortable and staff were friendly. However, the room was very worn and rundown which I could have overlooked except cleanliness was also poor. ”

“This is our second time staying at this property in the last month. First time the rooms seemed ok except that our room was mixed up and rented to another people with similar last name. Front desk manager to prove that the last names were similar pulled out other guests check in information with all their personal info to show us(mind blowing isn’t it?) We thought we will give another chance. We came to check in and thought we are at totally different motel. Hallways trashed, common areas...

Phone was flashing that there was a message of course, you could not get it to play or even get a dial tone. Worst place every stayed.”
