“We were in town for a family wedding and I reserved 3 rooms for us. My family showed up to check in and they were denied access because I was not physically present (I was coming later). Even though my wife is included in my profile they could not get in. My wife, daughter, and daughter-in-law had copies of the reservation but they would not honor them. The desk personal (Wendy) was very rude and would not help. I talked to her on the phone and she said she would not help. After I called...

“A comfortable solution with large and welcoming rooms. The hotel was under renovation but this does not cause too much discomfort. Just outside the city center in a great location for a business trip. Unfortunately poor breakfast.”

“First you advertise that you are greeted with a warm cookie there were no cookies. The staff was not friendly at all. Room was nice and clean. The staff was just a big downfall no smile no friendly greeting”

“We asked for an early check in. When we arrived, we were told they would call us when our room was available. We went to lunch, came back and still not ready. Ending up getting ready for event in the lobby and having access to our room an hour after regular check in time. ”

“Our room was large and well maitained. I requested top floor so that there was no noise above us and they accommdated. Close to lots of shopping and restaurants. ”

“Upon check-in, I noticed a couple of towels that had black stains on them as well as a couple of stains on the bath tub. However, after voicing the complaint to the front desk, the young Hispanic (maybe) lady that was at the front was able to resolve that issues within seconds! It was amazing how fast I was able to get new linen since normally that takes about 24hrs. She was a blessing. I’m mostly impressed with that interaction over any thing else. Thank you again, ma’am!”

“Very run down which I normally don't mind but this hotel had a chain link fence around half of it and a musty/moldy smell permeated the rooms. We booked it because it has a hot tub, which was broken. There were no sign indicating it was broken or being repaired but it was colder than the pool! .”

“I didn’t like some body smoking pot right below my window in the middle of the night and didn’t like the front desk coming in saying she lost her key to look around that needs to stop”

“The hotel is close to the interstate and ATW airport. The staff was polite and helpful. The building and room shows a lot of wear and tear. The 2 upholstered chairs in the room were quite dirty / stained.”
