“Room: 8.5/10 Staff: 10/10 Amenities: 10/10 Noise: 8.5/10 The room was great, could be a little bigger but for short stays it’s plenty of space. I do want to note that the room we booked did not have a microwave but they do have one in the “kitchen/dining” area on the main level in the lobby. The staff were wonderful & accommodating when things began to go wrong for myself & my daughter’s trip the front desk manager kept a level head and calm demeanor which helped me to calm myself as well. “The room was very nice, my husband loved the soap in the shower. My only complaint was the wait at the front desk to check in. ”

“A comfortable solution with large and welcoming rooms. The hotel was under renovation but this does not cause too much discomfort. Just outside the city center in a great location for a business trip. Unfortunately poor breakfast.”

“The gym lock was broken, the front entrance door had difficulty close/open, the hot tub was unclean and the bubbles did not work. There was a snow storm, did not remove snow until late the following day then got plowed in. The manager was kind, but the circumstances left a lot to be desired. ”
