“I arrived at the property and it was immediately clear that the bedsheets had not been changed. There were muddy paw prints and visible dog hairs all over the bedding. I contacted the host straight away, who offered to change the bedding but insisted it was “clean, just stained” and that this had been missed by the cleaners.
