“Upon arrival, we were greeted by our lovely hosts Chris and Tina. Chris kindly showed us to our Valentina tent for our 3 day stay. The tent was beautifully appointed and had a super comfy bed. Our separate kitchen area had a basket of goodies, which we felt was such a personal touch. The llamas were amazing, roaming freely outside our tent. “Loved this place team are welcoming and very friendly. Menu is great so many different choices, I am on a diet and broke it for the delicious dishes. My room had Aircon which was a major bonus as it was 32. I have a bad knee which they accomadated for. Would stay again. Thank you”

“We had a one night stay to attend a concert at Sandringham. The property was in a great location for us to travel onto the concert later, providing a break for us. “Cheap hotel but does the job. We needed an over night stay and it does the job. One of our other parties had a room that smelt a drainy but they moved her straight away when we went back to the guy on reception who had checked us in. Staff are polite so can't fault it. Nice spacious room and comfy bed”

“Sono stata in hotel per una notte, premetto che non conosco l'inglese... La zona non sarà delle migliori, ma è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi dalla stazione... Io l'ho fatto da sola di notte e senza problemi. L'hotel non è sicuramente quello che si può descrivere con un "wow", ma era molto pulito. “We stayed at Caley following a house move and needed a restful time. We were made to feel welcome from the outset and the staff were unfailingly friendly and helpful at all times. It was a joy to find a hotel which understood the needs of a celiac like myself who must have a gluten free diet - something that is not common.
