“This property was so unique. We had a lovely dinner with friends, then enjoyed our lovely themed room. The coffee in the morning was fantastic! The check in and check out was easy and the staff were great. ”

“This place had unwashed sheets with stains and hair, not just one or two hairs, but multiple. The toilet flushed but would not stop without taking the lid off and adjusting the plunger thing. The room reeked. There were exposed wires near one of the plugs. The curtains had holes in them. The floors were dirty. I did not stay and instead requested a refund, and have been getting the runaround for the last two days.”

“My favorite hotel in Portland Me and my kids have stayed at about 14 different hotels in Portland over the years. Our favorite was the Ritz Carlton for a long time until we stayed here. The property is kept in very good condition, excellent valet, easy check in, clean room, comfortable beds, lovely coffee shop, and helpful staff. This place has a very calming atmosphere.
