“L'hotel si presenta bene, è ben tenuto, sembra tutto abbastanza nuovo ed è pulito. Tuttavia se dovessi tornare proverei un'altro hotel, in questo c'è lo stretto necessario ma non c'è aria condizionata, frigo bar e nella mia stanza le lampadine del bagno erano quasi tutte rotte, ne funzionava una sola. Evidente stato di mancanza di cura nell'accoglienza degli ospiti.”

“We were initially given a room on the first floor, but on returning after going for a meal, we were asked to move, to a room on the ground floor. After five minutes we were asked to move again to the first floor, next to our original room!. The receptionist was very apologetic. We think the bathroom needs updating, it has a shower over the bath, but no hand rails, so getting in and out, can be difficult, as there is nothing to hold on to.”

“Not the most helpful of checkins which lasted all of 2 minutes - not told about breakfast times or check out. I think more pre occupied on taking the payment. Room was ok, mattresses were both hard so wasn’t the best nights sleep and we had noisy neighbours, as the walls must be thin- children arguing till near midnight wasn’t the best!!!
