“The hotel is well situated and offers a convenient base for the local area. I would also like to commend the night staff, who were exceptionally professional, understanding, and accommodating throughout our stay. However, our experience in Room 11 was deeply unsettling. During the night, my partner was abruptly woken and believed she had been physically touched, which caused her considerable distress. “Great location and well kept hotel. We stayed in a medium sea view room and had a great stay. The customer service was also very good. The only thing I would skip next time is the breakfast as it wasn’t to our liking. Will happily stay again. Parking is limited and very tight!”

“Excellent place to stay with free parking outside and only a ten minute walk onto the seafront. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choices. We had a double room which was very clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Scarborough.”

“Lovely place, beautiful food and a really nice room and ambience. But what really made this place was the wonderful warm staff. The lady on arrival was really welcoming, the girl looking after us for food was very attentive and the gentleman who welcomed us at breakfast was delightful. “We had a brilliant time and the staff were wonderful! Very well maintained hotel, excellent breakfast, and a wonderful view. The staff gave us some local tips, and sorted out our parking permit. Less than a ten minute walk from the town centre and castle, so we'll be staying here again!”

“Had a very nice stay here. It is the first time we stayed. We had a larger room. It was very clean & newly decorated, such a bonus. For the price it was excellent, would recommend it. Staff were friendly. It was a good location for the town. Meals available, we did not use the these facilities, so carn't comment. We would stay here again. ”
