“L'hotel non era male ma il mio letto sembrava essere stato sistemato con le lenzuola usate e tra l'altro non riboccate sui piedi ma arruffate... sulla moquette qualcosa di appuntito mi ha punto il piede. L'area piscina poi in Italia sarebbe stata chiusa per condizioni igieniche non descrivibili. Jacuzzi non funzionante, coperta con un telo, sauna annacquata con sporco galleggiante, piscina piccola e non limpida, spogliatoi e docce con molto sporco a terra... insomma un porcile! mi spiace ma...

“The Woden Boutique Inn is a gem. Relatively easy to drive to with a private car park. The virtual check-in worked well. Entering one finds a lovely and very clean space. The ambience is quiet and is situated near a park. The Woden is not far from M&S Food and Morrisons. Within a mile there are eating establishments. “Superb pub and rooms steeped in local history - Robert Plant started his career here playing blues guitar aged 15 in the upstairs blues club (sadly not there anymore but the history is palpable). The pub is a treasure trove of history, and so well preserved, from the original staircases and ceramic tiling on the walls, to the original bar. My room was just sheer excellence. “This hotel is a hidden gem! The host, Maria, is truly wonderful. Her attention to detail is fab, and she couldn't be anymore helpful and welcoming. Maria stayed late for my colleagues check in and then came in early to accommodate us for an early breakfast. The dinner was divine - strongly recommend the tikka curry. Home cooked, beautiful meal. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I will ensure I book here when I visit Birmingham again!!!”
