“Greetings. The location can’t be beat. The apt is a typical basic 2nd floor walk up. The building area could be a bit cleaner but the cleaning crew of the apartment is quite good. The place does seem clean. Bathroom and shower area worked well, with clean shower curtain. The apartment is fine for a few days stay, and quite frankly what you can expect for a basic NYC apartment… not renovated, not deluxe, but basic.. and the neighborhood makes up for it. “This was a great place to stay. Small and cozy, but we had 3 adults and a toddler and it worked just fine. The murphy bed was actually very comfortable and very easy to use and put up each day. The location really can't be beat. Good stay and very reasonably priced for the location. We would definitely stay again!”

“It was not where it was listed but it was a good spot just had one set of bunks so one adult slept on the top. It was in the garment district near the empire state building. There was one bedroom with a double and the main part of the apartment had the other double with the bunk beds. The kitchen was good and stocked with basic dishes. The bathroom is good not but only 3 towels but the brought us a fourth one but not any wash cloths. It had a great breakfast place below that had bagels, eggs,...
