“It was decent, definitely not any fancy amenities—though there was an outdoor pool available that we didn’t end up using. we stayed because it was within 30 minutes of bonnaroo—but that ended up getting cancelled and they refused to refund us for the room. Essentially stranded, we finished our stay and found that the facilities were normal and served their purpose. the area of town it is in is definitely a tad sketchy but again, all of the essential stores like Walmart, quick eats and gas...

“We loved our stay. Beautiful view and property. Had everything we needed and the owners were helpful and accommodating! We came to the area for Burgess Falls (which was breathtaking… we did the hiking overlook trail and then also kayaked with a guide to the base of the falls) It was a great adventure. The property description lists Burgess as closer than it is… it is a 35-40 minute drive but worth it! ”

“This is a great motel. We have stayed here several times and will continue to make it our place of choice in Manchester, TN. The front desk is always very helpful and friendly, the rooms are comfortable and clean, and the area is nice and quiet. It is very close to the highway but you never hear any noise. Breakfast was excellent (great coffee). ”
