“My door was left open by housekeeping for 6 hours while we were not at the resort. When I advised the front desk, the gentleman was very apologetic. He eventually gave our party free breakfast the next morning, but the fact this happened at all was very unsettling.”

“I needed a place to lay my head. Mainstream inn was clean and comfortable. As a solo female, I felt safe there. I’m not one to need very many amenities. I typically don’t go to the breakfasts. There is none here, so it’s not a big deal for me. If you’re looking for fancy amenities, move on. ”

“Freshly renovated, clean and the staff with extremely helpful when we wondered in late needing a place to sleep. Beds were comfy, room was cool, and the bathroom was clean with nice big towels. Breakfast the next morning was a nice boost before hitting the road to continue our journey.”

“I was really disappointed! The pool and room jacuzzi was closed and there was no mention of this, on the website. It was spring time and the weather was around 80 degrees. Secondly, there were chiggers all over the nightstands AND in our bed. We counted, and killed, above 40 of them. It was so bad that we had to decide to either go buy bug spray OR go home (without a refund). The bug spray seemed to help but the peaceful sleep was destroyed.”

“Everything was excellent except for maintenance issues in the room: 1) no stopper for the bathtub, 2) missing hook to hang clothing on bathroom door, 3) vanity light switch that didn't work, and 4) burnt-out bulb in bedside lamp.”
