We love the historic value, the layout and feel of the property, and the character it exudes. We have stayed on different floors in different rooms and suites. The property is private, restful and quiet, with the exception of normal street noise. This visit, we noticed that some upkeep is necessary. “The central location cation near the Bendigo Art gallery and shopping centre and park is great. I love the ambience of the rooms with their heritage feel and fireplace. The adjacent courtyard with cumquat trees is ann andded bonus and the rooms have everything you need for a comfortable stay. It’s also great to have the adjacent Wine Bank restaurant and bar for a great meal or tapas and a drink. The room rate is extraordinary value for what is provided. I love coming here.”
