“The room that we got was fantastic, and a big one as well. I really loved it. It was clean, we had an amazing stay. The only thing was we had to wait an hour before we could check in. And we didnt get any compensated for that. But the were amazing and very accomodating. The breakfast as always was great.”

“I was extremely disappointed with our room. The bathroom was the worst. Cracked tiles, water stains on the ceiling, sprinkler heads were so rusted I doubt they would even work. The only reason we stayed was that the beds and bedding were clean. The “window” in our room over looked the pool area, so it was very noisy. Walls were paper thin and you could hear people talking in the other rooms. We wouldn’t have stayed but every other hotel in the area was full. I would never book this hotel again....

“We asked the front desk clerk why there is no hot tub (spa) when advertised on their website. She said they don't advertised hot tub when we can clearly see pictures and written in black and white it on their website. We figure out after that the hot tub was there but not functionnal and they cover it with a sheet of plywood. The front desk clerk had a frustrated and rude tone when she answered us instead of just saying : sorry, the hot tub is not functionnal...”
