“As per email exchange with Hotels.com, we are trying to obtain a refund for this booking as, on arrival at the hotel, the gate was chained closed. We had kept trying to phone to confirm our ETA but the telephone number was unobtainable. The hotel did not attempt to contact us. We were very disappointed as the remote location really appealed to us.”

“The sat nav directions took us to a field a couple of.mikes away from the property, called thenumber, took a few tries to get an answer, then due to misunderstanding, was given dirctions for coming in the opposite direction that we were.heading, took a few phone calls and a few wrong turns till we got there. The lady on arrival was really helpful. Had choice of 2 cabins. Lovely, vlean and huge bed. Take.mosquito spay though as right next to the water. The view was amazing of the pond....

“We had a great time at the Ocean Cliff Hotel. Check-in was smooth and the staff was always welcoming. The views from our room and the property in general were amazing. “Amazing! I really love how small and secluded the property is. Staff is amazing and friendly and the place is so cleannnnnn. I haven’t even gotten dust on my slippers walking around the property. To me it’s really a couples resort or girls weekend or even guys weekend where you wanna just chill talk relax enjoy the view beach and pool. La terza, la famosa Dr. Cave sta a dieci minuti a piedi e costa 8 dollari a persona solo per entrare. Hotel caro per quello che offre. Noi abbiamo avuto credo la camera peggiore (la 209) senza finestre e rumorosa. Colazione così così, wifi abbastanza discontinuo. In compenso il personale...
