The rooms are all on the first floor and I think all rooms have ensuites unless you book the family 'room' (that sleeps up to 4). Actaually you get 2 rooms that count as a family room. These do not have an ensuite but have exclusive use of the bathroom and loo situated on the narrow landing opposite your bedroom doors.
