“This place has potential, but there are several things that need to be done for the property to bring it up to the standard of a vacation rental. First and foremost, it needs a deep cleaning. We spent our first full day of vacation cleaning the kitchen and bathrooms. The beds are awful. Awful. The appliances are in need of replacement. “The apartment is located three stories above a bluff overlooking a coble street with very slow traffic, a park, the excellent James River Heritage Trail, railroad tracks and a view of the river (My favorite spot was on the balcony with the view). A high pedestrian area with a multitude of restaurants to choose from. Parking is free but about a block away”
